Here is Engela and her Inspiring Personal Plan for 2023
My vision statement:
To be renowned as an
anointed, compassionate and wise-model who passionately will mold and shape the
lives of the people that cross my path to by physically, wise, prepared and
motivated to follow the path directed by the divine spirit to be abundantly
successful and joyful through extra-ordinary emotional-, communication and
social skills while living a happy, healthy, and wealthy life totally balanced
in body, mind, soul and spirit.
For my inspiring
personal plan for 2023 the following is important:
·
I must stay focused and focus
on supporting my strengths, and then all work what comes, will follow naturally.
·
I must stay tough-minded and
draw lines and boundaries within which I protect and preserve the mental and
emotional space to myself, and others and one must always be true to one self.
·
Be compassionate to everyone
no matter the level of connection.
·
Keep on building on my own
skills and help other to build skills and teach them how to use it. By doing that, you create the environment in
which we all want to live.
·
To become good, you need to
live it, breathe it, and sleep it.
·
Act from autonomy where I
look at:
a) Task
– what do I need to do?
b) Time
– when do I need to do it?
c) Technique
– how to do it?
d) Team
– know the people whom I do it with
·
To have the knowledge by
investing aggressively and entrepreneurially in the future and gain sufficient
knowledge in using the technology and the media
·
To have empathy and always
treat others as I would wish to be treated.
·
To make this compassionate
ethos a vibrant force where all voices can be heard
·
I am finite while God is
infinite. So, it is important to
multiply our efforts through Him and watch the areas of your life move towards
winning like never before
·
The future belongs to people
who can spread creative ideas and be an Evangelist
·
To be passionate, grow and
thrive by doing what excites one
·
To magnetize myself and
others
·
Create a magnetized pull-on
people and business so when the market is designed to protect the environment,
it attracts brainpower and capital growth toward green solutions – by doing
this, we can align human aspirations with planetary needs and save. The road to sustainability goes through a clear-eyed
look at sustainability.
·
Confidence – confident people
have a come-this-way charisma that generates a following. When you have it, you propel yourself and
your team forward into the future:
a) Feed
your mind good stuff
b) Exercise
your gratitude muscle
·
Slow capital can be good as
it takes the time to understand the company and the people who make it up.
·
Generosity – If you make a
difference, people will gravitate to you.
The more you give, the more you get – Seth Godin
·
To be courageous
·
Plan to be the most of
everything. Everything I do must be
meaningful to myself and others. We are
responsible for our own experience.
·
To strive towards excellence
– I like the 19 E’s of Tom Peters
·
To be a leader – leadership
more than influence. It is about reminding people of what it is we are trying
to build and why it matters. It is about
painting a picture for a better fortune.
·
You are only as rich as the
enrichment you bring to the world around you – Rajesh Setty

(d) Communicate
(e) Expand
capacity
·
To attract
·
To be honest, authentic and
speak for my passion
·

fascinate
·
To make the difference
·
To be a world Healer
·
To sacrifice – Is your
business designed to be a winning business?
Is your business willing to sacrifice losing customer to win customers
(John Moore)
·
To focus would be most
important.
·
To take the leap – “show
people, don’t tell people”
·
To be a good communicator.
(a) Heart
– engage your community from a place of passion and compassion
(b) Simplicity
– even a 9-year-old should be able to understand me.
(c) Tell
the story – the root of it
·
To educate
·
To be productive – make
things happen
·
To have willpower
·
To “mesh” – some things are
best shared if we work together.
·
To trust
·

skills

To know – knowing. Declare war on passivity. Find your backbone and your wings – this is
the only way to be able to fly.

To easily admit “I am sorry”
·
To know when is enough and
have quality personal life.
·
To use my expertise and never
stop learning, as you learn more, you learn how much you don’t know.
